Yes. A SIM card is included in the package—you don't need to get your own. Insert the card while the device is turned off.

How much does the SIM card cost, and how long is it valid?

You don't pay anything extra.

What size is the collar?

The collar can be cut to a length of up to 25 cm, making it suitable for most dogs and cats.

Can I access the same tracker from multiple devices at the same time?

Yes! You can use the same account on multiple devices (e.g., iPhone and Android) at the same time. There are no additional costs—the SIM fee applies per tracker, not per device.

Is the tracker waterproof?

It is splash-proof and suitable for everyday use, but should not be used underwater for extended periods.

For which animals is it suitable?

For dogs and cats of various sizes, as long as the collar is adjusted properly.

How do I turn on the tracker?

Turn on the device—a beep will confirm that it has been activated. The LED will flash rapidly during network registration and will light up briefly once registration is complete.

Which app do I need?

The app is called Tuya - Smart Life, Smart Living and is available for free in the Apple App Store (iOS) and the Google Play Store (Android). Just search for "Tuya" and install it.

Can I add multiple trackers in the app?

You can add as many trackers as you like. When adding one for the first time, scan the QR code on the device—after that, each tracker will appear in the app’s “Device List” and can be switched with a single tap. No need to scan again.

Why is the location inaccurate?

The tracker automatically switches between GPS and cellular networks (LBS/GPRS). GPS alone is very accurate.
Inside buildings, basements, or remote mountainous areas, the GPS signal may be limited; the tracker will then automatically switch to a less precise method.
It works best outdoors with a clear view of the sky.

Does the tracker work indoors or when traveling abroad?

In basements, buildings with thick walls, or remote mountainous areas, the GPS signal may be weak. In such cases, the tracker automatically switches to cellular data, which is less accurate.

How long is the activity history stored?

The app stores activity data from the past 90 days. A single query can cover up to 24 hours. You can select the date using the calendar in the upper-left corner of the app.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts about 7 days with normal use. In real-time mode (updated every minute), battery consumption is higher. We recommend charging the tracker every few days. Charging takes about 2 hours.

How do I set up a safety fence?

In the app, you can mark a specific area on the map and set a radius. As soon as your pet leaves that area, you’ll immediately receive a push notification.
