Is a SIM card included?

Yes. A SIM card is already included – you don't need to get your own. The card is inserted when the device is switched off.

How much does the SIM card cost and how long is it valid for?

You don't pay anything extra.

What size is the collar?

The collar can be cut to a length of up to 25 cm and therefore fits most dogs and cats.

Can I access the same tracker with multiple devices simultaneously?

Yes! You can use the same account on multiple devices (e.g., iPhone and Android) simultaneously. There are no additional costs – the SIM fee applies per tracker, not per device.

Is the tracker waterproof?

It is splash-proof and suitable for everyday use, but should not be used permanently underwater.

For which animals is it suitable?

Suitable for dogs and cats of different sizes, as long as the collar is correctly adjusted.

How do I turn on the tracker?

Switch on the device – a beep confirms activation. The LED flashes rapidly during network registration and lights up briefly once registration is successful.

Which app do I need?

The app is called Tuya - Smart Life, Smart Living and is available for free in the Apple App Store (iOS) and the Google Play Store (Android). Simply search for "Tuya" and install it.

Can I add multiple trackers to the app?

You can add as many trackers as you like. The first time you add a tracker, scan the QR code on the device – after that, each tracker will appear in the app's device list and can be switched with a tap. No need to scan again.

Why is the location tracking inaccurate?

The tracker automatically switches between GPS and cellular network (LBS/GPRS). Only pure GPS is highly accurate.
In buildings, basements, or remote mountain areas, the GPS signal may be limited; the tracker will then automatically switch to a less precise method.
It works best outdoors with a clear view of the sky.

How long is the movement history stored?

The app saves your movement history for the last 90 days. A single query can cover a maximum of 24 hours. The date can be selected via the calendar in the top left corner of the app.

How long does the battery last?

The battery lasts approximately 7 days with normal use. In real-time mode (updating every minute), power consumption is higher. We recommend charging the tracker every few days. Charging takes approximately 2 hours.

How do I set up a security fence?

In the app, you can mark a desired area on the map and set a radius. As soon as your pet leaves this area, you will immediately receive a push notification.
